For a project to be developed in a field, a "License Application File" is prepared according to the "Electricity Market License Regulation". In this context, administrative and technical documents are prepared, necessary calculations are made, and the corner coordinates of the power plant site are determined according to the principles specified in the "Power Plant Site Determination Method", and the power plant site area is drawn and recorded on the maps.
